Dangerous patient on ward. Has attacked a member of staff and a patient twice.
Suggested improvements
Remove the patient to a more secure hospital for the sake of all us patients who now feel very unsafe.

We need genuinely caring staff who know how to run this ward. Late or missing medications, lazy staff not interested in helping patients. Some staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and ignorant

No one never been around to asked any questions are to point us to the right direction are all toilet have been lock right through out the night and day I wet myself four times since I been here by the time I get out of here my mental health will be worst this is the worst ward I had been
